Practice Nurse 3 – 4 Days per Week, Flexible Hours, Drs Leslie, Rasul and Partners

Drs Leslie, Rasul and Partners are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our supportive, friendly and forward-thinking practice team.

We are a modern, purpose-built practice based in Woodside Health Centre, G20 7ER, caring for a diverse and mixed population that includes students as well as local residents from the West End and Maryhill areas.

The Role
This is a part-time position, working 3 or 4 days per week, with flexible hours that can be discussed to suit the successful candidate. Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience

Who We Are
Our practice is well-established and highly supportive, consisting of:
• 6 GPs
• 2 experienced Practice Nurse
• 1 Health Care Assistant
• Experienced reception and administrative staff
• Advanced Physiotherapist
• Health Board Pharmacists

Essential Criteria
• Registered Nurse with the NMC
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

General practice experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

Desirable Skills & Experience
• Chronic disease management (Asthma, Diabetes, COPD)(training can be provided)
• Cervical cytology
• Sexual health and family planning
• Experience using EMIS and Docman (training can be provided)
• Independent Prescribing qualification (advantageous but not essential)
