Hours – 24 hours
An enthusiastic and motivated practice nurse is sought for our small friendly training practice in Glasgow. The hours would be 24 hours of which can be flexible over the week. We are looking for a nurse who is organised and can work independently, looking to start at the earliest date possible. We are a high achieving practice located in a health centre and comprise 2 GPs with attached health visitors, treatment room and district nurses.
Duties would include chronic disease management, cervical screening, immunisation, phlebotomy and health promotion. Experience in practice nursing is desirable but training can be provided if necessary.
A more experienced candidate would have the opportunity for triage, prescribing and teaching.
