Flexible Sessions: 4–8 per week (part-time and full-time considered)

Due to continued growth within our Renfrewshire practices, we are seeking to recruit Salaried General Practitioners to join our established and supportive teams. We are currently recruiting up to 2 WTE salaried GP posts, with flexible working options available across our Johnstone and Erskine sites.
The Role
The successful post-holder(s) will:
Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services
Work collaboratively within a large, well-developed multidisciplinary team
Hold clinical responsibility for site
Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), including support for home visiting activity where clinically appropriate
Participate in shared Docman workflow and practice systems
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to changing service demands and clinical priorities
Have the opportunity to develop specialist interests, aligned with service needs and personal development goals
Multidisciplinary Team Support
You will be supported by an extensive and expanding MDT, including:
GPs
Advanced Nurse Practitioners
Paramedics
Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
MSK Practitioner
Primary Care Mental Health Nurse
Pharmacotherapy Team
Dedicated Administrative Team and Office Supervisor

Person Specification
Essential:
Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
Inclusion on the Scottish GP Performers List (or eligibility)
Commitment to high-quality clinical care and governance
Team-focused, flexible approach with willingness to take on shared responsibility
