We are seeking a part time Practice Nurse. Working 16 hours per week. Hours can be discussed to suit the successful candidate. Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience
Our practice consists of
3 GPs
Experienced Practice Nurse
Experienced reception and administrative staff
Community Link Worker
Health Board Pharmacists
Preferred candidate to have:
General practice experience
Registered Nurse with the NMC
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Experience in Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, CHD, CKD, Hypertension)
Cervical Cytology, Family planning and sexual health
EMIS and docman experience.
