We are seeking an enthusiastic and experience Practice Nurse to join our friendly/supportive team.
Position Details:
Part time Practice Nurse
Hours – 8 per week, (may suit someone looking for extra hours)
Duties to include:
Chronic Disease Management (eg: Diabetes, Asthma, Hypertension, COPD, CHD)
Cervical Screening
Health Promotion and lifestyle advice.
Opportunity to develop the role further.
Applicants should be a registered nurse with current NMC registration.
