7 Session GP Partner Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic GP Partner, to join our friendly and supportive practice team. The vacancy has arisen due to a Partner leaving to join a practice closer to their home.

We are a well-established training practice serving approximately 8,200 patients, with a strong emphasis on high-quality patient care, teamwork and work-life balance.

About the Practice

Our clinical team currently comprises:

· 5 GP Partners

· 2 Salaried GPs (4 sessions each)

· 1 Long-term Locum GP

· 2 GP registrars

· 1 Practice Nurse

· 1 Healthcare Support Worker

· MDT including an APP physiotherapist and ANP house visit support

As well as training GP registrars, the practice also undertakes 4th/5th year medical student placements.

The practice is supported by an experienced and dedicated administrative team, comprising of a Practice Manager, Reception Supervisor and a team of secretaries/practice administrators.

We pride ourselves on being a collaborative and forward-thinking practice, with a supportive culture and excellent working relationships across the wider healthcare team.

The Role

· 7 sessions per week

· Flexibility around sessions can be discussed for the right candidate

We are seeking an approachable, patient-focused GP, who is committed to delivering excellent clinical care and who will contribute positively to the future development of the practice.
