We are a friendly practice, situated in Barrhead Health & Care Centre, only a 10 minute drive from the M77 with accessible parking and a 10 minutes walk from the train station, plus an excellent bus service.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable team member. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Applicants must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, the ability to use their initiative, be able to work under pressure and work as part of a team. The successful candidate must respect confidentiality and promote a positive and professional image for the practice at all times.
Duties include, but are not limited to: dealing with patients at reception and any telephone enquiries, making appointments, signposting to other services, generating repeat prescriptions, scanning and filing of hospital correspondence and general admin duties.
Hours of work are :-
Monday to Friday – 1pm – 6pm
There is no lone working.
The applicant must be flexible and willing to help cover holidays and sick leave.
