Annfield Medical Centre are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our small and friendly GP Practice. The Practice team consists of 1 GP Partner, 1 long term GP locum, 1 Practice Manager and 4 Administration staff.
All applicants should hold a valid NMC registration and be eligible to work in the UK. They should also have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills as well as a willingness to work autonomously. The post will mainly consist of chronic disease management and cervical screening.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
This post will be for 8 hours per week preferable 1 full day.
