• Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00
• Ideally 36.5 hours per week over 4–5 days (flexibility and negotiation considered)

Job Overview:
Oakview Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated, motivated, and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive clinical team. The post is primarily based at the Vale Centre for Health & Care in Alexandria, with some sessions at our satellite practice, Renton Integrated Healthy Living Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking practice that is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our registered population.

The Role:
The successful applicant will be an RGN-qualified nurse, registered with the NMC. Previous experience in practice nursing is desirable, particularly in the following areas:
• Chronic disease management (including diabetes, asthma, and COPD)
• Cervical screening
• Contraception and sexual health
• Minor illness management
• Health promotion and prevention
• Wound care and dressings

Training and development opportunities will be available for the right candidate.

We also benefit from access to a Health Board treatment room service within the building.

The practice has strong links with local community and health-related organisations and is committed to education and training. We are an accredited training practice, supporting GP specialty training, FY2 placements, and medical students.
