Locum GP For Maternity, Maclean Medical Practice

We require a Locum GP for maternity cover. This will be 4-8 sessions, we can be flexible. Ideally you will work Wed/Thur/Fri, but other days can be considered. We are a well established, forward thinking, friendly practice and always looking for ways to improve our patients care. We are located in a purpose built health centre at Eastwood Health Centre, Clarkston and we also have a branch surgery in Eaglesham. Our current list size is 9,400 patients. We are a highly respected, successful GP surgery. A recent patient satisfaction survey scored us very high in patient satisfaction. Further information below:-

• We have 6 GP Partners & 2 salaried GPs

• We have a dedicated team of 8 administrators, 2 senior administrators, office manager, practice manager, 2 practice nurses, ANP & HCSW.

• We have attached staff from our HSCP – Pharmacists, HCSW, ANP & Physiotherapist

• We have a treatment room on site

• We have parking at both sites

• We are a training practice and currently have 3 GP registrars with us, at our recent accreditation we were commended for our very high quality standards of educational supervision

• We operate 15 minute appointments

• We use Vision and Docman

• We hold weekly team meetings

• We operate Docman workflow optimisation, to reduce GP workload

We are paying £325 per session. Start date will be around the beginning of October, exact date to be confirmed.
