- Job Description: Springfield Medical Practice is seeking a 30-35 hour per week Practice Manager to join our friendly well established Training Practice in the heart of Bishopbriggs, with great transport links to the West end and city centre, free parking is available at the Practice.
We look after 9000 patients with our Team of 5 Partners, Salaried GP, Retainer GP, Practice employed ANP and 2 long term Nurses. We are supported by experienced Pharmacy Team & Pharmacy hub, CTAC service and HSCP ANP sessions.
As Practice Manager you would be supported by the Deputy Manager, Reception Supervisor and full Admin Team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but transferable skills will be considered.

Practice Manager, Love Street Medical Centre

- Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join Love Street Medical Centre and Glenburn Medical Practice with the support of an Assistant PM. LSMC serves approximately 6,000 patients and Glenburn 3,000 patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational functions and managing stakeholder relationships for both practices. There is approximately 3 miles between the practices.
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful manager with strong interpersonal skills to lead the practice and support its future growth. The role requires flexibility, as the individual will need to work across both practice sites.
Main duties of the job:
The role involves supporting the practices in strategic planning and practice management, ensuring compliance with and fulfilling all contractual obligations. The job holder will oversee the efficient and safe operation of the Practice, leading all aspects of its management. This includes strategic planning, human resources, finance, organisational structure and services, premises management, information technology, clinical governance, quality and performance management, as well as health and safety.
