Full Time Practice Nurse, Mount Florida Medical centre

Mount Florida Medical Centre is a 9000 patient practice with 3 GP Partners, 6 salaried GP’s, 2 Practice Nurse’s, 2 APP’s, and a full Administration Team. The Practice uses EMIS and Docman.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated practice nurse, who is well organised and can work independently whilst also being able to work well within the larger team. Ideally the candidate will be experienced in all aspects of Chronic Disease Management, Cervical Screening, Health Promotion and Sexual Health, but will also be able to adapt to the evolving nature of the practice nurse role.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. NHS Pension.
