Dr Williams & Dr Brown is a friendly practice, based in Drumchapel Health Centre.
Our core working hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable part time receptionist, for 16 hours a week, to join our small friendly practice. (Must be flexible to cover sickness and holidays)
Our team consists of 2 GP Partners, salaried GP, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 HCA and 2 receptionists and 1 practice administrator. You will be working as part of the administration team. Excellent communication skills are required.
Main duties will include answering telephone calls, signposting to appropriate services, greeting and assisting patients, processing prescription requests, receiving/sorting/work flowing mail and all other associated tasks. Medical reception experience would be preferred but is not essential, as full training will be provided to the suitable candidate.
You will be entitled to join the SPPA pension. 20 Days of annual leave on a pro-rata basis, along with an additional 10 days for public holidays. Hourly rate is £13.00 this will be increased after probationary period is complete.
