- Vacancy Details: The David Elder Medical Practice in Govan Health has a vacancy for 2 permanent, part time receptionists.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our very busy and friendly Practice team.
The post involves speaking with patients in person or on the telephone, to deal with their requests or queries in a helpful and efficient manner, as well as general administration tasks. We require you to have excellent IT skills, to pay attention to detail, be pro-active, be able to follow procedures/protocols closely and be able to demonstrate understanding and compliance with confidentiality.
Position 1
Hours of Work : Monday – Friday 8.15am – 1.15pm
Position 2
Hours of Work : Monday and Tuesday 1.15pm – 6pm Wednesday 1.15pm – 5pm Thursday and Friday 1.15pm – 6pm
Previous experience not necessary as full training will be provided. Salary will reflect previous experience.
Flexibility to work additional hours to cover leave/sickness would be an advantage.
