Practice Manager, Merrylee Medical Centre

Re-advertisement – Due to the retirement of the Practice Manager we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager to join our team of 2 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 coder/summariser, and 6 reception staff. We have a practice population of around 6500.

The successful candidate requires to have the skills and knowledge to run a busy GP surgery.

Main duties include:-
HR Management – to include training and ongoing evaluation.
Information Governance, Strategy, Quality and Risk Management, Health and Safety, Premises Management and compliance with Health Board regulations.
Financial Management to include budgeting, salaries, liaising with Accountant.

Knowledge of Management in a Primary Care Setting is desirable.

30 – 35 hours per week (negotiable)
£40,000 – £50,000 per annual (pro rata) – depending on experience.
