Practice Manager, Merrylee Medical Centre

Due to the retirement of our current Practice Manager, there is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished, experienced and highly motivated manager, to join our team.

The Practice Manager is a key administrative and managerial role, with responsibility for the overall operation and management of the practice, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and in compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a team environment with a hands-on approach, taking responsibility for organisational leadership and service improvement. You will be part of a supportive team which recognises and values the contributions of all and demonstrates a positive attitude and respect at all times.

Key responsibilities include Financial Management, HR and training, Information Governance, Strategy, Quality & Risk Management, Health & Safety, Premises Management & Regulatory Compliance.

Primary Care or NHS experience is desirable, however, applications from other management sectors are welcomed if transferrable skills can be demonstrated.

Hours: 30 – 35 per week Mon-Fri (negotiable for the right candidate)
Salary: £42 – £52k pro rata (dependant on experience)
SPPA Pension Scheme.
