Practice Nurse – 3 sessions (12hrs per week) flexible with days and times, Mount Florida Medical Centre

Mount Florida Medical Centre is a 9000 patient practice with 3 GP Partners 1 PM Partner, 5 salaried GP’s, an Advanced Physiotherapist, 2 Practice Nurses and a full Administration Team. The Practice currently uses EMIS, Docman and Mjog.

We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who is enthusiastic, motivated, well organised and can work independently whilst also being able work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team.

Ideally the candidate will be experienced in all aspects of Chronic Disease Management, cervical screening and sexual health, with the ability to adapt to the evolving nature of the practice nurse role. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. NHS Pension.
