We are looking for 2 part time receptionists, 20 hours a week to join our small, friendly practice in the south-side of Glasgow. Our team consists of 2 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 2 Practice Nurses and 5 receptionists. You will be working as part of the administration team. Excellent communication skills are required. Main duties include answering telephone calls, signposting to appropriate services, greeting and assisting patients, processing prescription requests, receiving/sorting/workflowing mail and all other associated tasks. Medical reception experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be entitled to join the SPPA pension scheme with all it’s benefits.
