Oakwood Medical Practice is looking to recruit a Salaried GP (6 sessions) to join our friendly, forward-thinking team.
This is an opportunity to work in a well-supported Deep End practice where teamwork, structure, and sustainability are genuinely prioritised.

The Role
• 6 sessions per week, days to be agreed

About Us
• Approx. 7,500 patients
• Based within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde
• Deep End practice, serving a diverse population with significant health needs

Our Team
• 6 GP Partners
• 1 Practice Nurse
• 3 Healthcare Assistants
• 10 Administrative Staff
• On-site access to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
• Access to a Community Links Worker and Whole Family Wellbeing Worker

We are a genuinely multidisciplinary, team-based practice, with strong support structures in place to manage workload effectively.

What Makes This Role Different

• Each GP has dedicated admin time built into their sessions to manage workload safely and effectively
• Duty Doctor responsibilities are shared fairly across the GP team on a pro rata basis
• Low house call rate, supported by appropriate triage of requests
