We are a friendly, long established training practice in the south side of Glasgow, based in Thornliebank Health Centre. Successful candidate(s) will be joining a well-established team that consists of 2 partners & 2 other salaried GPs, an academic GP, experienced ANP & Practice Nurse and a full team of experienced administrative staff. Informal visits or chats to meet the practice team would be welcomed.• 10-12 clinical sessions per week sought in total – likely to comprise of 2 posts

Working days would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.Our list size is approximately 12,000. We use EMIS and Docman.We have a mixed patient demographic, with the café culture of Victoria Rd and Queens Park nearby.The practice comprises 9 GPs, 2 prescribing PNs, 3 HCSWs, a Link Worker, a Physiotherapist, a Pharmacist, a Welfare Advice Officer and our wonderful reception and management team. Salaried GP, Glasgow West Medical Practice

GWMP is a traditional family, partner led GP Practice operating in the west end of Glasgow. The practice operates over two sites (as above).
The practice currently serves 5600 patients and has an employee mix of 3 partners, 2 nurses, a Physiotherapist and an admin team of 8. The practice is supported by the usual mix of aligned services including pharmacy hub team, poly-pharmacist, phlebotomy service and treatment room.
We are looking for a salaried GP to join the partners in supporting our ongoing vision of providing a high standard of care to our current and future patients.
We are looking to cover 4-6 sessions per week @ £12000 per session. The sessions consist of 11 patients AM/PM, face to face or via telephone, signing repeat prescriptions, up to 10 acute prescriptions per day, Docman workflow, housecalls, medical reports via iGPR, daily queries. The practice closes on a Wednesday at 12pm for staff training and communication meetings.
This role has the opportunity of partnership after a successful 2 years in post.
Ideally we would like the successful candidate to commence employment 1st April 2025.
