Practice Manager, Clydeview Medical Practice

We are a friendly, urban, training practice based in NHS-owned health centre in Renfrew/Braehead, with a patient list size of 10,000. We have an opportunity for a forward-thinking Practice Manager to take the lead in the continuing development of our practice, including staff management, finance, IT and the provision of patient services.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
(Hours and Salary negotiable for the right candidate)

The successful candidate will be an accomplished manager, who thrives in a team environment, has a strong track record of leading and driving continuous improvement, and achieving success. Proven ability to create team improvements in a high-pressure environment is essential. Significant experience in human resources is desirable. NHS experience is beneficial; however, applications from other management sectors are invited to apply if transferable skills can be demonstrated. The role is supported by an Office Manager who oversees admin operations.

Salary scale will be dependent on skills, experience and qualifications
