GP Partner-Long Term Locum/Salaried GP with view to Partnership, Glenmill Medical Practice

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a new GP Partner to join our friendly and forward-thinking team, at Glenmill Medical Practice.

We’re a committed Deep End practice based in a modern, purpose-built centre in Royston, caring for a diverse patient population of around 7,500 people. Our work is challenging, rewarding, and rooted in the values of community, compassion, and continuity of care.

The role:

• 6 sessions per week-preferred days are Monday, Tuesday & Friday but can be discussed

• Initial appointment as a Locum or Salaried GP for 6–12 months, with the option of progressing to Partnership

Our team:

You’ll be joining a welcoming and experienced multidisciplinary team including:

• 1 GP Partner

• 5 Salaried GPs (one with view to Partnership)

• 1 GP Retainer

• 1 Long-Term Locum (with a view to partnership)

• 2 Practice Nurses

• 1 Healthcare Support Worker

• A brilliant and efficient admin team

We’re also well supported by integrated services including Pharmacy, a Community Links Practitioner, Welfare Advisor, and CTAC services.
