Long Term Locum, Edinburgh Road Surgery

Edinburgh Road Surgery is a friendly practice based in the east end of Glasgow.

We have an excellent team consisting of 3 GP partners with 2 practice nurse’s (one of which is a prescriber), a health care assistant, a practice manager and a supportive admin team. We have a physiotherapist, community links worker, money advice worker and a prescribing pharmacist. We have 6,700 patients. We use EMIS & DOCMAN. Migrating to Vision early 2027. Onsite parking.

We are seeking a confident, well-motivated and organised long term locum GP, for 4 sessions per week. Sessions will be Monday and Wednesday. Your typical working day will look like: 12 patients in the morning with an additional 2 slots used only by the on-call GP. 10 patients in the afternoon with an additional 2 slots used only by the on-call GP. Appointments are 15 minutes. You will not cover any GP on-call sessions or house calls.

Rate £350 per session
