| Forge Medical Practice are seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP Practice. The post will include general nursing duties, chronic disease management and cervical screening. It is desirable that candidates have the appropriate skills to apply for this position, but also important to note that all training can be provided if needed in Practice.
All applicants should hold valid NMC registration and be eligible to work in the UK. They should also have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills as well as a willingness to work collaboratively and be an active part of our clinical team. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. If you are committed to delivering high quality care then we would like to hear from you. This post will be over 3 days (Wed – Fri), 25 hours per week and we are willing to discuss a flexible working pattern with the right candidate. Forge Medical Practice have roughly 5300 Patients registered with us. Our team currently comprises of 3 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, one HCA, in addition to an efficient administration team. Our practices also benefit from an extensive multi- disciplinary team including Pharmacotherapy, Physiotherapy, Community Link Worker. We are an EMIS/DOCMAN practice. NMC registration and up to date revalidation with good IT and communication skills, are also required. |
