Gleniffer Medical Practice – Barrhead.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse with recent practice nursing experience, to cover 12 months maternity leave, starting on 1st July 2026. You would be joining a highly supportive and friendly practice team.
Our team consists of 7 GP partners and one salaried GP, an ANP, NP, HCSW, Practice Manager and highly experienced administrative team. We are also well supported by HSCP staff including Pharmacists, Advanced Physiotherapist, and Community Link Worker. We are a large practice with just over 9000 patients.
We have bi-monthly nursing supervision sessions and strive to maintain a good work life balance, whilst being able to enjoy the clinical role and attain job satisfaction.
Your role will include general nursing care and will help to provide review for our patients living with long term conditions such as diabetes, asthma and COPD.
The successful candidate will also have the competency to perform cervical screening. Non Medical Prescribing registration is advantageous.
This is a part-time position of 34 hours, working days – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Salary will dependent on experience and qualifications.
