GP Locum – Maternity Cover, Ashfield Medical Practice

Ashfield Medical Practice, a GP training practice in the semi rural area of Milngavie, is looking to recruit a 6 session GP locum (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to join our team for a fixed period of 4 months commencing on 1st June 2026 to cover Maternity Leave. Milngavie is a charming semi rural location 15 minutes north of Glasgow with excellent local amenities.

We have a very committed and loyal team comprising 5 partner GP’s, an ANP, 2 nurses, 2 health care assistants and support from receptionists, secretary, assistant Practice Managers and Practice Manager. We also benefit from PCIP staff, which includes pharmacists, and an ANP. As well as being a training practice, we also support 4th and 5th year Glasgow University medical students throughout the year.

We are open to negotiation on all aspects of this post.
